The contribution of the application of human resources management strategies in sports institutions to the success of sports professionalism in Algeria

Abstract:
The aim of our study is to get acquainted with the application of human resources management strategies in sports institutions and its contribution to the success of sports professionalism, where we followed the descriptive survey approach, and our study sample included 30 employees of the Directorate of Sports for the mandate of M'sila, and the questionnaire was approved, We concluded that the application of human resources management strategies in sports institutions contributes to the success of sports professionalism, and therefore this study recommended the need to pay attention to the application of human resource management strategies for the staff of sports institutions to be qualified A trainer with experience and the of the administrative work of the institution, whereby the successful professionalism in Algeria.
